Your first visit

What to expect

Please dress comfortably for your first appointment. We can email you the new patient paperwork, or it can be downloaded from our website and filled out ahead of time, so that you can bring your completed paperwork, insurance card, and ID the first time you visit us.

You’ll be given a tour of the office, then you’ll meet with Dr. Marquez to discuss what has brought you in. After your examination, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment, and the final step is to go over your goals and the care plan that’s right for you.
