- Your completed new patient paperwork: we can email it to you, or you can download it from our website and fill it out ahead of time.

Your first visit, up the trail
Six stops, from the front door to the top. Every step of the way, Dr. Marquez will explain what she is doing, her findings and why she’s making your specific recommendations.
- A tour of the office. So you know where everything is.
- Meet Dr. Marquez. Talk about what has brought you in.
- Your health history. Your health history and lifestyle, and what chiropractic does.
- Your examination. A thorough exam, explained as she goes.
- Your first adjustment. You may also have a therapy before or after it.
- Goals and your care plan. Her findings, how severe the problem is, and the care plan that’s right for you.
Continuing care
You should notice a difference
You should notice a difference in the way you feel within the first few appointments. Some people report changes within just one or two visits! It all depends on the nature of your problem and how long it’s been present.
As you continue to see us, we’ll talk to you about topics like posture, exercise, and core muscle strength training to keep you well.

Most insurance is accepted at our practice. Dr. Marquez is an in-network provider with the most common insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid: just bring your insurance card to your first visit and we’ll file the claim for you. We also offer a special discount for military personnel.
